    More room for your files.

    A new adaptive workspace for iPhone Duo and iPad, with a shared visual design across Mac, iPhone and iPad.

    This version has been submitted to Apple for review and is available through internal TestFlight testing. A release date has not been confirmed. Download buttons open the currently published version.

    Automatically open the file overview
    All files opens automatically when space allows. The file list and review appear side by side; narrow windows use native detail navigation, including smaller iPad windows.
    Stay with the current task
    The selected file, search and status filter survive width changes. An open editor or original preview stays open; the overview appears afterwards. New imports go straight to the workspace in wide windows.
    A more accessible review
    Scrolling details, scalable text, native multiple selection and clearer row actions make reviewing easier.
    One shared Naimly design
    Aqua/mint colours, cards, filenames and actions work together across Mac, iPhone and iPad. Mac still renames originals and offers Undo; mobile creates named copies. The minimum version remains OS 26.

    Naimly arrives on the App Store for Mac, iPhone and iPad: meaningful filenames with on-device Apple Intelligence.

    Meaningful names for documents and photos
    Import text PDFs, scans, DOCX, document images, TXT and Markdown. Arrange filename components such as date, sender, document type and subject, with an instant example preview.
    Review or work automatically
    Confirm, adjust or skip suggestions individually. Process clear document suggestions automatically while uncertain results stay for review. Includes a batch list, Pause, Resume and Stop.
    Made for your device
    Rename originals and undo changes on Mac. Create named copies to save or share on iPhone and iPad. Includes folder selection, profiles and rules, the Finder Quick Action, share extension, Siri and Shortcuts.
    Local analysis and photo context
    Analysis runs on-device. From OS 27, an available local Apple model can recognise photo subjects; EXIF dates and an optional approximate place can complete the name. OS 26 remains supported; photo suggestions require confirmation by default.
